Start ½ AM Ho Chi Minh City Tour: Start the trip for visiting War Museum,Reunification palace which was the residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of the war in April 1975. Continue seeing some impressive French colonial structures including Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Central Post Office. After visiting the City Hall, take a break-time at Ben Thanh market where anything and everything is for sales.

PM: Visit Saigon Zoo - is one of the cultural address of Ho Chi Minh City, where preservation of plant life ranks eighth in the world.The park is located on 2B Nguyen Binh Khiem, District 1, Ho Chi Minh. Saigon Zoo now has an area of ​​about 33 ha, divided into several areas: animals, plants and the orchid collection, the children and the adults have fun ... The zoo has 590 individual animals of 125 species, 260 species of trees 1800, 23 local species of orchids, 32 species of cacti, 34 species of wrong bon ..

DAY 3: SAIGON – CU CHI TUNNELS (BREAKFAST)

After breakfast, leave Ho Chi Minh for Cu Chi tunnels. Here you will have the opportunity to witness how rice paper is made and to explore the amazing labyrinth of tunnels used by the guerrillas during the war. Return to Ho Chi Minh city

DAY 4: SAIGON- MEKONG DELTA (HOME STAY) (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER) 

ABF at hotel. Leave Ho Chi Minh city, enjoy the scenic journey along the National Highway bordered by green rice fields. On arrived at My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shade of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit& honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by the locals. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste delicious coconut candy& observe thepastoral life as you roam through fruit plantations and villages. Proceed to Can Tho. Overnight in family home-stay. Free time to visit bustling Can Tho market. 

DAY 5: CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET- HO CHI MINH CITY (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)

Take a leisurely boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong river (Bassac River), then proceed to visit CaiRăng floating market (& Phong Dien is optional), which are the liveliest in the whole religion. Then wander around the village and meet the friendly local people and experience how to cross a "Monkey bridge" which is built by only o­ne stem of bamboo. Visit the orchard garden. Stop for lunch. Back to HCM city.

DAY 6: SAIGON - NHA TRANG BY FLIGHT (BREAKFAST)

DAY 9: NHA TRANG - FLY TO DANANG, HOIAN (BREAKFAST)

Transfer to the airport for flight to Da Nang then transfer to Hoi An, one of the major trading centers of South East Asia in the 16th century, now a World Cultural Heritage Site, well-known for its ancient and remarkable architecture of mixed Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese styles from the 16th century. Check in the hotel.

DAY 10: HOIAN COOKING CLASS – CITY TOUR (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)

A day at the cooking school in Hoi An will give you something you can take home and really impress your friends and family with. Experienced cooks who want to learn new techniques and amateur chefs looking for a fun day out will all find what they are looking for.

Go with Chef to the local market and buy the ingredients for the dish you selected in advance. Here, you will learn a lot about local produce. From the market you head to the school, located in Van’s beautiful house, where she will teach the group to make the selected dishes. There will be plenty of hands-on participation!

After everything is prepared, relax and enjoy the lunch you created and that you can create again after you get home.

PM: Visit this ancient town: the 200 year-old Tan Ky house, Phuc Kien Pagoda, the Assembly Hall, the former merchants’ houses, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colourful riverside market.

DAY 11: HOIAN - DANANG - FLY TO HANOI (BREAKFAST)

Drive to Da Nang, stop-over at Da Nang’s Cham Museum which contains the finest collection of Cham sculpture in the world.

DAY 12: HANOI - CITY TOUR (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)

8h00 AM Departure. Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum. Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho"s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh"s house on stilts. Lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi . Continue to visit the Quan Thanh Temple (Taoist, dating from the Ly Dynasty) and Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on West lake (One of the oldest in Vietnam). Continue to visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam. Vietnam"s first university constructed in 1070, it"s gardens and well-preserved architecture offers a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam"s past. Here we will also have a chance to see a traditional music performance.

Have lunch at local restaurant.

PM: After lunch proceed to visit the Ethnology Museum, We will take you past Hoan Kiem Lake, see the peaceful waters, and visit Ngoc Son temple. For the end of the tour journey visit by coach trip along the Hanoi Old Quarter. Enjoy the Special Vietnam water puppet show, a unique and famous traditional performance.

Take a short sightseeing tour by cyclo through the bustling ancient quarter streets.

DAY 13: HA NOI – HA LONG BAY OVERNIGHT ON JUNK (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)

12h00 – 12h30            Embark on V’Spirit Classic Cruise followed by a short cruise briefing.

13h00 – 15h30            Savor a delectable lunch as V’Spirit Classic cruises among the limestone islands.

15h30 – 16h30            Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Bo Nau Cave area. Back to the V’Spirit Classic

16h30 – 17h30            Cruising to Soi Sim island. Go swimming and relaxing at the beach of Soi Sim or climb up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay.
